- Exercise. At LEAST 3 times each week, striving (GOAL) for 5. I’d like to work out Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat and rest on Monday and Friday.
- Follow the Weight Watchers Points Plus program CLOSELY.
- Only eat 30 of my Weekly Points Allowance (15 extra Points for Friday and 15 extra for Saturday).
- Earn 14 WW Activity Points each week (and not eat them).
- Be more fiscally responsible, manage my spending and balance with saving!
- Have a Baby!
- Pay off Debt
- Metric Century Bike Ride
- Running Relay (Ragnar?)
