		<description><![CDATA[Yes you WILL do it again! And I hope that you continue to post your thoughts, feelings and progress. It is still an inspiration for us and a sort of support and, weird, encouragement. I lost 86 pounds on WW and was like our local WW poster child and NOW... well, let&#039;s just say I&#039;m re-working myself back to my 75 lb charm. :-/ I&#039;ve been depressed and discouraged and frustrated... very angry with myself. I do realize that a lot of it is because I am no longer selfish about my time and ignore how important it is for me to take time for myself- for exercise, for planning meals, for my inner (thinner) person.

I have been on the beating myself up (and turning to food for solace) thing for like a year and I am tired of this downward spiral. I was SO glad to read your post and see you on your rise up. Thanks for pulling me up with you!!!]]></description>
