“Let’s go to Eastern Market.” And so we went to Union Market. First trip and it did not disappoint! ”You didn’t tell me we could eat here!” So we ordered coffee and planned future visits.
And then we bought a $26 candle, saw Top Chef alum Mike Isabella (but I didn’t geek out or take a picture or ask him to sign my empty coffee cup) and proceeded to Eastern Market (as planned) to buy fresh pasta for dinner. Butternut squash, apple and goat cheese ravioli. Do. Me. It was ahamazing.
AND
I got to see Fancy for a hot minute AND her fancy, shiny new ring. I continue to dream weddings.
AND
I stayed within my Points Plus (guestimating on the ravioli of course and even eating an apple instead of a third serving of Reduced Fat Cheez Its, WHICH I WEIGHED before I ate).
AND
I’m going to do 30 minutes of yoga tonight when I get home before dinner. Did I tell you about my epic fall last week at work? I’m pretty sure I’m going to hatch a baby goose any day now from the epic egg on my knee.
The End.

Omg!! I just saw that chandelier this week on Houzz and am soooo in love!
Hi. Deer wallpaper. Yes for you! How did you not buy it?!?! Either 1) in your “den”/spare room, 2) (even better) Your entry way! Of course you would then need to have deer antlers (from VT naturally) as your new coat hanger.
PS: Union Market next time I’m in town
Oh – I miss those weekends… And YES! Invest in decorating now before you have to spend your money on things like soccer cleats and ice skating lessons.
