Day 2 of the New Year is in the books! And so far so good! Though I didn’t get to the gym today, I did track and plan my meals. Feeling pretty good!

Hubs and I went to Yamazato for dinner tonight. Sushi is so delish and fairly low in points!

But food of course is only part of it. And this lady has Nike in like 17 weeks! So it’s time to move it, move it!

A shiny new plan, based on Hal Higdon’s 15k and half marathon training plans. It will be hard but it will be worth it. I know I can, I know I can, I know I can! And a few wise words from Pinterest:
