I’ve always joked about the stacks of old Weight Watchers Trackers I keep around.
I joked in meetings that I’d be an old cat lady with my stacks of trackers and newspapers piled up everywhere. I knew that someday they would come in handy, and that time has come.
This week I pulled out my trackers again, and I’ve been going through them, from the beginning. Literally from my first week on the program in October 2005. I’m SO glad that I kept these! They are like a roadmap of my journey. They’re allowing me to look back at what worked (portion control and exercise if you’re wondering). And I need to channel what worked again!
I’ve always been a very sincere and honest tracker, and for the majority of my journey, on paper. But then, I got my iPhone, and it of course, with all of its fancy apps and such, rocked my world. I’ve been tracking using the Weight Watchers app and eTools online for over 8 months now. Sadly, in those 8 months, I haven’t lost a pound of weight and won’t even mention how much I’ve gained. And so, I’m bringing back the paper tracker. I think that there might be something for me about putting pen to paper.
Luckily for me, I found a blank tracker in my stash. I’m planning on giving it a workout this week! Also, giving myself a work out (or 5) wouldn’t be a bad idea either.

Good luck this week. I am not good at keeping track of everything on paper…I’m a cell phone app junkie
I am so proud of you. I’ve been thinking about you a lot lately – had a girls night with Kate last night and I’m going to be emailing you later today or tomorrow. I’m hoping you can help motivate me (and maybe vice versa). I’m struggling, and right back where I was two years ago.
Hello Gwen. Just wanted to let you know I gave you a Liebster Award! http://wp.me/p263ht-7a
Totally proud of you. You’re going to do awesome!
